I paid Chris Micai $150.oo USD for a complete set of 4 NEW KYB GR2 Struts for an 1989 Grand Prix. I paid her in 3 installments of $50 via Paypal. Last year. I have yet to receive the struts.

I bought an FFP UD pulley from her and didn't have any problems. Paypal'd the money and the part was delivered for me to a friends house down there who I was meeting at a car show the next day.   Kinda sucks though when crap like that happens.  Gearhead, i might be able to get you in touch with that friend that lives somewhere near there see if he can do anything maybe.  or maybe his dad... VP at B&M... big guy... ;)  I dunno....

I wouldn't waste any time man.  She owes you 1 of 2 options.   Cash or struts.  Go right for the cops, they don't have to press charges right away, she just needs to know shes messing with a serious crime.
