How much did that run you?

Also, is it supposed to be more efficient with the HPC turbine or what?  Basically, would it make any difference performance wise?

Full rebuild and the polished compressor and HPC turbine ran me $400 Even....... with shipping....(got it in 4 days)

I got the HPC coating due to the cracks in the turbine housing.....around the W/G port......

the HPC coating will hopefully stop the cracks from getting longer and possable seal them up a bit better.......

and that shit won't burn off!!!!! for an additional $60 its beter than a $15 dollar can of heat paint.....as far a apperance goes.....

i dunno of any performance benefits......just apperance mostly and if it helps prevent cracking or helps seal them...........that helps

i might add the Polished compressor and HPC turbine

are both only $60 Dollar options when you have the rebulid done.....

cheers

Just spend a couple of hours hard labor sanding/polishing your turbo Dave.   I just had to do this on a 63 GMC w/aluminum wheels(they looked horrible, so I repolished them).
