will that turbo bolt up to the stock TGP crossover and downpipe? if not, can the exhaust houseing be taken off and the one from the TGP put on it so it will bolt up?

In a word no. The T3 hot side inlet won't bolt up to your crossover or the down pipe. doesn't even come close. Useing your punny turbine and I don't that one will bolt to a t25 or t28 you may never spool the turbo.

You couldn't use this turbo unless you had a ton of mods. Prolly the only one that could use it is Luke.
