QuoteThese injectors were just a little to small for my motor.

This may be a stupid question, but I want to know for sure.  What do you mean by this?  The #s, or the actual physical size?  And did you have any runnability issues what so ever with the stock chip/TG 160 chip, or did you have a custom chip?

I thought that 16 year old kid Dkorinko from the W-body.com TGP forum had Mike G's old car........

then he sold it after he blew the tranny running 18PSI

sleeperred90tgp (Jud) is no 16 year old!!!!!!

I don't remember, I know Mike gardner sold his car for 6K and I don't think a 16 year old kid could afford that. When the W-Body board gets back up, I have a couple of PM's saved reguarding the car. I'll let you know what I come up with.
CRS is setting in in my old age... Can't Remember Something... Oh yeah the search function helped me out... it was Can't Remember S&!%

I wouldn't say that was a stupid question at all. These injectors are the same physical size as the ones in our cars. I am just going a different route on fueling my engine. That's why there for sale. They work perfectly.
There aren't many 3.1, 3.2, or 3.4's running 13 seconds. These injectors did along with a few other things.

I had no drivability issues that I could ever contrubite to the injectors excep mabe going to fast :D  :D and watching the tack hit 6k and backing off to keep from over reving and sitting still with the smoke boiling off the tires.

No Jim I am the original owner. A dying breed. :)

Forgot about the chip. I have the TG chip but have also used the stock TGP chip with no issues.

All the injectors I have on ebay work perfectly. The 3400 injector will not fit our wireing harness.

I'll be putting the stock TGP injectors along with some other TGP stuff on ebay within a week or so.

I think dbdk2  is Dkorinko. He responds to everything even though he doesn't know what he's talking about. He's read alot so now he's an expert. :D  I could be wrong but the language is the same. He is now 17.
Just a pup but he's trying.

Shawn you should know you post to every thread that's ever been posted so I assume you know if I have a 4 heated, Why did you ask?????????

I asked because I am wondering if this plays a part in why you can use bigger fuel injectors while others have problems.  I was thinking that could be part of the reason, obviously once it warms up this wouldn't be a problem, but just a thought.  Didn't mean to hijack the thread, but it definately is a little off topic.  Its just kinda weird that you can run 30# injectors without idle problems, yet when I had LT1 injectors (24#), it ran so rich that it barely even ran at all.

Don't know if you were trying to be funny or not, but just to clarify I never claimed to be an expert or anything like that.  I don't respond to everything, but this forum is usually so dead (not lately due to the w-body forum being down, but usually) that there isn't much to respond to, and I have done a bit of work to both TGP's so I try to help out if its something I've done before or that I at least have heard about.

Ok, that being said, were you the one that also had the RRFPR?  If so, do you think that played any kind of roll in making the 30# injectors work without a problem?  Sorry for all the questions, but I just don't want to blow my money on these, and have there be an issue, rendering the money I spent on them as useless (money I planned on using to clean/balance flow the original injectors in the TGP, till I saw this thread   ).  I'm strongly contemplating these, so I'm trying to go over all scenerios and possibilities as far as problems that might arise.
