just use dish soap to remove the old wax

thats all i use....leaves it squeeky clean and you can tell there is NO wax on the car after that

just rinse it really well.

Prospeeder

Well iv read its soo bad to use dish soap, or is that only if you dont wax right after?

Once you get the wax off it with the dawn, hit it with some clay and quick detail spray. that shines it like no other.

....then use that new wax. its probably a good product if its meguiars

Way to go! Papa Murphey's is the BEST take-n-bake Pizza there is!....now when do we get free pizza? lol

This radio station was renamed Krenzy in honor of the last American hero to whom speed means freedom of the soul. The question is not when he's gonna stop, but who is gonna stop him.

Its not as good as my take n bake pizza :nono:  I make mine with a dank  pizza sauce with a custom blend if Italian herbs and spices. I only use extra virgin olive oil, even have cherry wood smoked meats for toppings. $7.99 16 inch. $1.50 ea. topping. the BBQ chicken is awesome.  our freshly grated Stella parmesan cheese goes around the edge of the crust.

Hey, good luck with the job! I woulda hired you, but you would have one hell of a commute.  oh well.

Well, i Used the megs tech wax, it didnt do ANYTHING said on the package, it didnt remove a single swirl mark, it said it wouldnt dry white, it did, it said it didnt leave any residue, wich it left a haze that was a PAIN in the ass to remove, it said it wouldnt leave dust, and it left a ton of it, and it didnt make it any shinier than Gold class megs wax, what a waste, it did go on and off very easy tho, lol

Thats why it didn't do much....

The harder the wax is to take off, the more its actually getting into the paint.....

Last time I waxed, I use "Zymol" wax, and it was even getting a red tint to it and was a pain to get off by hand.  It looks hella nice though :)  Did you do any swirl/polishing?  Or did you just use claybar then wax?  Polish/Glaze does a better job at removing swirls.  You could always considerin investing in a cheap rotating/random buffer.  They help make life a lot easier, unless you want to get serious with a Porter Cable Rotary Buffer :icon_mrgreen:
