engine noise...please HELP!

Yeah I've used swivel ends and gear wrenches...I guess I'm not TOTALLY disinclined, being I just changed the alternator...lol...I've done some stuff, but not very much. Are there instructions included with the crossover pipe, or is it sposed to be self explanatory lol? You have to take the turbo off to get the pipe off??

yeah the turbo does have to come off, the x-over the the pipe that connects the exhaust manifolds from the heads to the turbo.  it is about a 6 hour job for a rookie, maybe a little longer if things break or don't go so well.  not a difficult job if you are at all mechanically inclined.  there is probably someone in Michigan that may be able to do it for you for a fee or help you do it.  I think the pipe goes for around $425 and it comes with explicit instructions on the proper way to install it.  Contact Jeff M if you are interested.
