Emulating with Moates OSTRICH with tunerpro!!!!

Figured it would take me quite awhile to get this working properly given the sort of limited manuals and info on this but what a system and easy to use!!!

i have to get the datalogging set up yet (can't have a dead battery  :icon_redface:) and even with a 35 page manual the
LC-1 WB02 is far more tricky to program it seems......and thats what im stuck on now.

As i mentioned above my battery was damn near dead so im waiting on that to charge before any more attempts to program stuff as i get a ERROR code 9 with the LC-1 which is low voltage in system  :icon_rolleyes:

will update again and hopefully it will be after some driving  :icon_biggrin:

Update:
Got the Ostrich emulating in Tunerpro RT
Got the LC-1 WB02 Programmed and Running WB A/F readings (within the provided Logworks software that came with the kit)
Got the LC-1 Programed to run the car's ECM by simulating it to think its a narrow band 02

Now the only problem im having now is enabling the DATALOG reading of the ALDL through Tunerpro......

when i click "CONNECT" i get a serial port error so I'm not sure whats going on there...

i can monitor the LC-1 readings with the Logworks software from Innovate but would like to have it with the ALDL info in Tunerpro RT

anyway progress none the less

All Working 100%....woot!

Went on the first drive of 2006 and it was short lived i guess, no notihng major but that wrapped crossover started smoking and i headed for home ASAP.

i let it run in the driveway for a while and that smoke quit after a few minutes and its all good!!

So the emulator is working and logging with TP? Now you say the WB 02 is running the show? No need for a Narrow Band 02 anymore?

ya i ditched my narrow band, the LC-1 is programable on one of the outputs to simulate a narrow band to run the car and not mess with the ECM due to the voltage increases from the W/B output.

Emulator is Emulating fine with TPRT
W/B info is being reported in TPRT with the Datalog functions (port MUST be Com3 for datalog to work i found out)
