The 1st gen GP has miniquads so its not a 89-90 TGP

Yeah that is definitely not a 89-90 TGP. Mini quads give it away right away.

Pretty sure someone on clubgp owns the L67 swapped 'Prix in that video.

That is Wes Stone's '91 GTP.  L67 swapped and on that day it was the fastest 88-96 GP.  It went 12.3XX.  Now its 2nd fastest but the engine has since been removed and put in his '94 GP SE which is a MUCH nicer car and that blue car is being parted out.

The difference is, the blue car drove 120 miles there and the turbo one was trailered.....

Plus the blue one has WAYYYY less money invested.  There is info on his car on humperformance.com. 

all i know is that this TGP sounds sweet w/ the exhaust.
