Ok,  I need to know if these syptoms point to cracked or warped heads.  I bought the car not running and was told it was overheated.  I finally got it running after a head gasket job and it runs like garbage.  Theres steam coming out the tailpipes, and exhaust fumes coming from radiator spout.  Im guessing or hoping theres a hole or crack in the heads between an exhuast port and cooling passage.  I think an exhaust port is blowing into the cooling system and coolant is leaking down through the exhaust valve into the combustion chamber and being burnt out the tailpipe.   Does this seem possible?  any suggestions are appreciated    thanks.

what does the compression check say?? thats your next step I would say.
