AC Delco Heated O2 sensors

I'm in the market for a new O2 sensor for the TGP to replace the shitty Bosch one that's in it now.
Does anyone know if the newer heated O2's for the 3100 and the 3400 will work? What about GM Part #'s?

is that a 3 wire or 4 wire?

i believe thats the 3 wire one

ECM wire
Heater wire
Ground wire

only difference is the 4 wire has a extra ground wire

eh, guess I should have looked for it first.  :icon_redface:

Ah well, GMPD has it for $32, ($50 after shipping/tax) but I'm going to hit up a local auto parts wholesaler first to see what they can get it for.
