So what is it that you have for sale that can give me more power. I have the topgun 160 in mine now but we are past halfway on my 5 speed swap , already have 3" exhaust ,Blitz BOV ,MBC everything else is the same

TGPilot

You have a 3" exhaust with a stock turbo?

The BOV will do nothing for power just lengthen the life of your turbo with a 5-speed attached.

I would sell the MBC and run a good operating stock Boost Controller and known good wastegate actuator. If the control and actuator spring are in good shape then it will work as good if not better than an MBC. Plus if you end up with a bad injector or internal issues the stock boost controller will open and save the motor where an MBC does not care if there are sensed issues and will continue with max boost...then you end up with a damaged engine.

Sorry for the highjack bake...I need to make a complete listing for the chips so this does not happen in your posts or anyone elses.

OK yes, that was the reason why I went with the MBC because the wastegate diaphram is bad, luckily I left everything to switch it back, still in the car.But Please do me a favor, don't make me change everything back just yet  untill I find out what your selling that will make my eyes fall out of my head. And by the way I've have a few neighbor mechanics that trying to talk me into a T3 but I've got my eye on the GT2871r bolt on. We have the 5speed almost back together and my god its hard to find parts for that SOB . Today we finally got all the needle bearings & synchro rings press back in, still waiting on the shim selector J tool to put it all  back together. Please also post what else I need to do before I  put in your product . Along with price and gains.

                                                                                                                        Thanks Jimmy,

There is a member on here selling a GT28 for a good price. Especially considering the fabrication involved with changing over to a T3. You will have to custom make a cross-over, a downpipe, intercooler piping, etc. I would personally buy the T28 from Kuntzie and a set of injectors so then we can play with the chip and still be within a decent budget.

The TG series Chip (unless specialty tweaked by Jeff M) allows for a little power increase and resolves driveability issues.

My chips resolve the driveability issues with the Autos and a greater gain in HP/Torque. I am working on a chip for the stock setup to get MAX power. It will certainly shorten the life of an auto tranny if not properly cooled...but GPChief is working on a solution to a much stronger tranny.

For the 5-speeds a VERY large increase in power is had over stock auto tranny TGP/TSTE numbers. Again there are issues with the 5-speed being the weak-link and I will be diving back into that soon. For the fun of it when we do your chip (if you decide to use my services) put the TG chip back in and drive it. Ask Turbo-Sedan what that experience is like! ;)

Do you have ballpark prices for each of your chips yet?

Yes, we've been talking to him on the turbo dodge site and he's already given us alot of help. I'm holding on to the automatic just in case this manual doesn't performs right.but this time we're doing the tranny instead of paying somebdy to f**k it up.

I am working on a price list and description of each. Also need to include what is required for each one. So on and so on.

This last week I was in Abbotsford BC for some unbelieveable training. Best experience I have had in a while, but that put me a week behind on everything else I was doing.

Bare with me they are coming. ;)
