I was just wondering how big of an intercooler I would need for my Cav. I got the T25, and didn't plan on going much more than 200 whp max. Mind you that it is a pain to put anything in this car, since there is no room. So in other words, I am looking for something pretty small but effective. Also, I really don't want to remake my charge pipes, so 2" inlet and outlet would be great.

brand new GM 3.1L V6 crate engine
Garrett T25 turbo w/MBC, water and oil cooled
custom crossover with T25-style flange
2.5" downpipe with T25-style flange
custom 2" charge pipes (smooth bent)
Snow Performance Stage 1 Boost Cooler system (water/methanol injection) with 150 psi pump and 100 mm spray nozzle (good for up to 250 hp)
MSD 2-bar MAP sensor
Ford 19# yellow top injectors
TGP oil pan
K&N air filter RU-0800
3-wire Denso heated O2 sensor

TurboGTU

I used the 87-88 thunderbird IC, 360cfm...plenty of flow. Even smaller..try the Ford probe/mx6 unit or the Audi 5000 IC and the Turbo Mercury Capri IC. The Small NPR is plenty. If your lucky..find a water cooled Celica IC.
Turbocharged 88 IMSA Beretta GTX <-dam stright.
90 ASC/McLaren Black TGP.

Powermaster slowed my progress like I was piloting the Queen Mary herself--

i think you're going to have to remake your charge pipes no matter what.  if i were going to upgrade my intercooler i'd go for this one:

top-down flow, and the inlet/outlet are on the same side making it easy to run your charge pipes through the 'window' where the stock side mount intercooler previously sat.  i'd prbabably then just get mandrel bent aluminum pipe through ATPturbo.com along with all of the silicone couplers, reducers, and hump hoses and T-bolt clamps i would need.
