Put some gas in it a couple days ago. Yea I really did.  :icon_eek: Stepped on it once coming back and it fell apart at about 5500. Oh well, now i have something else to do to find out why it's crapping out. :dunno: I'am thinking the gas is to rich for it's blood and it's protesting.

I dropped the rear end in Invasion1's old car this past weekend and have the gas tank out of it now too. I'll be working to pull out the front end parts this weekend and then hopefully the motor within 2 -3 weeks.

Here is a few pics of the parts I have in my garage!

I can't wait to pull my Cutlass off the road to start installed everything.  I'm looking at mid June to have my Cutlass off the road and then Mid August to have it running with the 3.1 or 2.8 turbo 5 spd.  CAN'T WAIT!

also started swapping the strut towers between the Cutlass/STE (Cutlass has '96+ brakes). The STE's hubs were shot (BAD) so I'm swapping the still decent ones (they'll still be in the Cutlass, just in a different set of strut towers). what a fucking pain in the ass that's been.

Also took apart one of the newer towers to get start cleaning/rebuilding it. They'll get sandblasted/POR-15ed, new hubs, new spring bearing plates, Intrax lower springs, new mounts, new calipers and new GR2s before they go back in the STE. I haven't decided on rotors yet.

after that nightmare is over and the Cutlass is back together, I get to figure out the whole 282/ABS axle problem  :gr_guns:

it's a nice car for sure, it definetely needs the loving touch of a good body man with a minor amount of paint and a buffer.  other than that this thing is pretty solid.  it runs great and the A/C is now ice cold.  i'd really like to get rid of that car so if anyone is interested, or knows someone interested in a TGP send them my way.

I've done a lot of cosmetic work to my TGP in the last week.
I washed the engine bay, cleaned it inside and out, claybared it, waxed it, buffed it, put fresh "mascara" on the headlights and fogs, and put my new painted valence on it.  It looks incredible!  Can't wait to take new pics of it! :icon_twisted:
