AC problems

hey guys...posted this on w-body too, but lookin for some possible answers from anywhere.

ever since the swap my ac has not worked. the system is fully charged but the compressor will not come on. if i jump the relay, however, it will. i'm thinking its some electrical thing i mixed up somewhere. i heard from a couple sources that the ecu needs a signal from the IAT to be able to engage the compressor. currently the IAT is disconnected in favor of the wiring for the wastegate solenoid(which is also disconnected in favor of a MBC). any thoughts? it's hot as balls this week

If you have it disconected (IAT), couldnt you just splice back in, and get it working again?

well yeah, def. my question mainly was if anyone knew that this could actually be the problem
