OK heres what I narrowed it down to,my wastegate solenoid or the wastegate are not woking and Im overboosting. I also checked all my vaccum lines are intact. Am I missing somthing? 

run a vacuum hose from the compressor housing and run it straight to the wastegate. It should still boost but low boost. If it does the wastegate is working. If the hoses already there reach the other spot just use one of those.

Ok its not the Actuator! low boost or no at all. that was a good fix tip. Thanks :icon_lol:

is the check engine light coming on and if so what codes is it setting. I would guess an over boost code. I don't know if it will set a code for the wastegate solinoid. I would check codes then disconnect the solinoid to see if a code sets. You can also ohm the solinoid to see if it is open. My guess is it is bad. Time to get a new one or just get a MBC and set the boost level you want.
