Just wondering is the paint code in the vin number or is there another location for it?

What color is the red called, fire red etc?

The paint code is not in the VIN, it is located on the underside of the trunk lid, I believe they call it an RPO code?

The paint color is Bright Red, and I believe if you buy the little touch-up bottles at an auto store it's Bright Red 89? Double check their color matching book.

My red code is WA8774 IIRC.  It should be WA- then some number.

Thanks guys, finally found the sticker, it was on the cover that covers the spare tire, WA8774.
