Sounds like your not getting power to the ICM. Look at the ICM, There are two connectors on the left side. One is a 2 pin connector and is for the CPS. Spin the engine over and use a test light to see if you are getting signal from it. The other connector which should have 5 or 6 pins goes to the computer and the fuse box relay. On the pink/red wire see if you are getting 12v. If not check the fuses and the relays.. If they are good and your not getting the 12v reference it MAY be a ground problem...

After about 45 minutes of checking the integrity of those two wires I found that the one wire had poor connection and it was within the loom down by the oil filter (general area) .  I very much thank you all especially flybynite for your help. 
... charging battery back up, will be back with update.

... Fired right up.  Now to check/clear for any stored/codes.
