Hey guys its been a long time since I've been on these boards.  I sold my TGP back in 2005 and well I still miss it to this day.  I wish I would have never sold it.  I would like to find another one that runs.  If it needs paint so what as long as its not rusted up and full of dings.  I'm going to have about $1000 to spend on one.  I know thats not a lot but I sold mine for $900 bucks with a freshly rebuilt trans and a new turbo sitting on the passenger side floor board.  If you have one or know of one for sale please please let me know.  My email is teamsimplyxtreme@yahoo.com.  Thanks Bryan

This one is quite a bit more than you're looking to spend, but it looks to be in incredible shape.

I really hope you can get lucky and find someone willing to part with a good condition one for a grand. Please don't take this as an attack, but more people are starting to understand what these cars are and what they are worth. As such, ones in poor to iffy condition will go from $1500 and down...the nicer the shape, the heftier the price tag. I personally think you got screwed when you sold yours for $900, since the trans rebuild would be around that much alone. My advice? Save a few hundred more and buy one that's NOT thrashed and runs decent. Patience will guide you to it :icon_wink:

Look long enough and you'll find something closer to the price range he listed. The Red one I listed in California the other day was in really nice condition appearance wise(interior looked mint, even though it was leather with 138K miles on it). This guy had it listed for $1900, but sold it cheaper. Some guy in the same town bought it from him and sold it for $1200, so he obviously got it cheaper than the $1900 in the previous ad...
