Sounds like you have a bad O2 or a some kind of tuning issue?  Are there any exhaust leaks?  You have a lot of coin into this car you might want to think about finishing it up so you have at least something to show for all the time and money you spent......Just my 2 cents.  god knows I went through a lot of the same kinds of issues with my adventure in my GPSE turbo but there are a lot of people here that will help you solve the problems.....

That was funny. Here are some pictures. The first one if you look behind the door where the molding is you can see the only rust spot. Second one shows the black hood with dents and clear coat peel. Fourth one shows the drivers seat where the seam split. If you want more pics I will put them up.
