How do I remove the gauges to replace a burnt out bulb?

I realized that my Mclaren's "Intercooled Turbo" emblem on the gauge face doesn't light up.
How do I remove the gauges so I can replace the burnt out bulb(s)?

that actually doesn't have a light, but there is a thread here somewhere that explains how to light it somewhere, but I don't have the time to search atm

Yeah there isn't a bulb there as mentioned. It was not designed to hold one, but with some sanding you can change that!

I have spare time on my hands now that the car has no problems...except for the brakes.
I'll do it, cuz I think it should be done.
