The seller has obviously browsed the board or is a member here since he's quoting that "751" figure. ;) It looks like those seats have ribs in them, meaning that they're not from a 1989. Looks like it has one 1989 and one 1990 headlight too. ;)

Its definitely an 89.  It has 89 fogs and sidemarkers, 89 dogbones, 89 radio/digital equalizer, and 89 wiper/light pods.
