Ok make sure im looking at things right,i think im looking the computer, under dash,behind the direction dispay,if this is right should it run if un hooked?

That's something for the stereo if I recall. The ECM or car computer is under the hood, passenger's side, underneath the shielding.

That's a factory amplifier for the speakers behind the driver's information center(display).
