What are you doing to it?

After a long term relationship in both Europe & America, my 1989 is too far gone to keep repairing.  The built engine & transmission [size=78%]are going into one of my 1990 TSTEs.  Will not have Insane power but I thnk will easily be one of the quickest TSTEs out there.[/size]

Got it.  I thought you were swapping something else into the car in the pic.  That didn't make much sense to me.  LOL.  How is it with the 3500?  I have a boosted 3400 in my Z24.  3500's weren't really available when I did the swap, and the 3400 was still a huge improvement over the 3.1. 

3.1 TGP block bored .003 over, custom cam squirter, high volume oil pump, windage tray, Yama, yada, yada.

3400 ported heads
3400 ported lower intake
3500 upper intake


Was a lot quicker than stock but a PITA making everything work.


Returning the engine to semi stock.
Ported 3.1 heads with bigger intake valves & 90# springs
Ported upper & lower intakes.
