The good:
Huge tranny cooler
Smaller newer starter
Intercooler (AC) mod
Ford 19 LBS injectors
Hot tune chip specific to the car.
New rear brakes
Front STB
High flow car
Thrush turbo mufflers
PM III works
JeffM crossover
No rust * Colorado car entire life, I have owned it since 2001, Kenny K (TGPilots wife drove it for a few years). 
Everything on it works


The bad:
Front left fender dented (horse used it as a scratching post)
Power antenna broken off
Headliner needs replaced
Paint on right rear door coming off (power washing didn't help)
Small crack on windshield.
