Can anyone give me somewhat decent instructions to where the TCC switch is and what I need to do to remove it.  I am guessing its inside of the alum looking shield behind what looked like the tranny mount on the front/inside of the drivers wheel well????  ty

Thought I posted this but I guess not.

Its quite involved, but you really don't need to go there since it does it sitting still

However:

Remove turbo

Remove crossover

Support trans on driver side

Remove trans mount (large black piece with turbo mount that covers tranny)

You may have to lower the sub frame on the driver side

Remove left side axle

Remove side pan

You will see the TCC solenoid wires routed from the trans plug to the bottom where the solenoid will be

This is the readers digest version, don't have time for really detailed instructions
