Ok, I got the AC Delco spark plugs that were recommened here [ #R42LTS] gapped at 0.45. I was wondering what gap is recommened for the TGP? I think I read somewhere that you should regap them at 0.40. Is this true?

Gap is  0.045   It is also on the label by the radiator header.

The reason for .040 is that high boost can and will blow out the spark! :shocked!:  :drinking:

I'm going to have my engine cleaned with some of that GM topengine cleaner, and I'm going to change the plugs after that and going to install my topgun chip after i get my cross-x installed. So it would be better to gap the plugs at 0.040 for the higher boost?

When you read your FixAll packet it will describe in detail your questions on plugs and pretty much everything else, check it out!  Now, I sent you that pipe/chip/poster and all back on the 22nd of April, you got it on the 24th, time to get your buns moving and get that pipe installed so I can get your old pipe/core back (and you can get your pipe core refund! ;-).. Get going :P , Jim Pace Pontiac sounds like an excellent choice on doing the pipe, they have sold a lot of GM Performance Parts, number 1 seller in 2000 and 2001 and they are damn big so setup an appointment, they won?t worry about working on a turbo car like that other mechanic guy you mentioned.

Any other questions please email me and good luck, talk to you soon.
