I tried to repair my keyless entry module.  Upon close inspection of the printed circuit board, I found it had burned through in one place.  At first, I thought maybe it was because of high current draw, and a rather thin area of printed circuit.  Following full soldering of all the components, it did not work.  

Now, I am looking for another KE module.  Any one have an extra, or know where one could be located??

BTW, there is a local salvage yard that has a STE turbo if any body needs parts.  It is hit in the LF corner, has had a lot of items taken off, but most of the electrical components are still there.

Does the STE have the DIC still?

I have an extra RKE module.....does the STE have the center light for the front *am looking for the Black STE logo around the pontiac symbol.  Also need new upper IC pipe.

If he doesn't buy that, I may take it off your hands. Mine's as dead as can be.

The question for you is did you install the factory CD player you got from Kenny?  We may be able to trade w/ some $$.

Sorry.. I'm going to hang on to it. The CD mechanism is shot, but I plan on replacing that someday and possibly installing it in to the Samurai.
