I've seen somewhere on the net a few people that have quad 4 turbos, and I can't seem to find them. Our shop is looking to start this project and are looking to get some ideas. Anyone know about this?

Look there. I believe they have several 2.3/2.4 turbo cars on there.

quad 4 is the 2.3L and 2.4L is the twin cam.  what you trying to do put the quad in your GP?
