My TGP has no boost and I can't figure out why. The turbo and wastegate assembly are brand new and in good working order, I replaced the boost control solenoid, I checked all connections. Does anybody have any ideas?

sounds like loose hose/clamp on hose from tubo to
intercooler, or intercooler to throttle body.
I have never heard of intercooler developing leak, but possible.

Yes a loose hose clamp or blown off hose usally to lower turbo to intercooler hose... or a plugged cat converter :drinking:  :drinking:

Thanks for the input guys. I checked all the connections and everything looks OK. I am going to drop the cat next and then check the other things in Chris A's post.

when you say no boost do you mean you punch it and nothing at all?? cuz even with a loose hose you will still get some boost.  if its not boosting at all your waistegate may be stuck open or the control fromt he computer could be dumping immediatly due to a problem!  You said you have a new BCS its could be bad whether is new or not.  try this! remove you hose going to the bottom of the turbo that goes to the bcs and then see if you get boost.  If its not that then its the wg staying open.

By no boost I mean that when I punch it the guage on the dash never registers higher than 0. It moves, but is always in the negatives and there is very little power. To add a little bit of history here, before this happened I was having what seemed like the exact opposite problem and if I punched it the car would fly up to about 40mph and then loose all boost until I let off the gas.

#1 try this pull out your 02 sensor and clean it real good then put it back in and see what it does.  If  you have been running real rich due to the overkill stock settings (running rich) that thing should be about pitch black with carbon.  Mine was doing something similiar but not as bad as yours seems to be and that cleared it up big time.

plugged CAT.  If the wastegate is stuck open, then the engine will still have as much power as a N/A car.  If it seems doggier than that, plugged CAT.

Well guys, I found the problem!! :D  I know that you won't believe it   but it was a PLUGGED CAT!!!!!!  I dropped the exhaust and took it for a spin and all my boost was back!  Thanks for the help, the car has not run this good as long as I have owned it.

FYI - The factory boost guage is not very accurate at all.  I wouldn't base any assumptions on that guage... the cluster doesn't seem all that reliable.
