My dad smokes an Eclipse GSX in my TGP!

My dad went out to get the power antenna replaced since mine was broken. Got a nice chrome one in place of the dull black one 8) [he had the motor replaced too, so it's all good].

This is what my dad told me since I wasn't in the car at the time of the race.

Anyway, my dad was going down a main road [2 lanes each way with a turn lane] when he stopped at a light. A kid in a red Eclipse GSX pulled up next to him [if you goto www.speedpeople.com it has a picture of the GSX on the home page]. The kid started reving his motor [my dad said it was very loud] at my dad while he was in my TGP. The kid has a fully stripped interior, carbon fiber hood, and I think a 5-speed and probably basic mods, while the TGP is mainly stock with straight-pipes[I don't even have the TopGun chip yet!]. My dad floors it when the light turns green.

He said that he put a few car lengths on the Eclipse and was gone. I'm not sure what happened after that since he didn't give much detail. But my dad did say the kid pulled a ricer fly-by and got infront of him like he beat him or something.

It's a suburb of Youngstown,Ohio, which is southeast of Akron/Canton, south of Cleveland,OH, and northwest of Pittsburgh,PA [if you look on a map].

HAHAHA...gotta love when they try to pull that flyby off at the end, as if getting ur butt whooped by more than 2 car lengths isn't bad enough.  You gotta tell ur dad (for his next trip with the TGP) to flash the old 4 ways to signal the win.  Man it feels great to eat rice!!

    Went to the U of Akron, several years ago, would have liked to have seen your car, thats NE I need to go SE.

    Will be bringing my STE to Ohio to store for a few years next summer, maybe we can get together then.

If I still have my car by next summer, I'm really hopping on getting a Grand National :twisted:. So I'll probably have to sell my TGP if I get a GN. Unless my dad sells one of his cars. [We have three cars in a 2car driveway with one garage. Of course the TGP occupies the garage!]
